We currently have the following vacancies here at St Stephen’s Church:


Youth & Children’s Pastor

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum, depending on qualification and experience, plus contributory pension

Hours: full time

We already have a thriving youth and children’s ministry both inside the church and outside in the community, but we’re keen to grow this. So we’re seeking a dedicated Youth & Children’s Pastor with the passion and enthusiasm to see others grow deeper in their relationship with God.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong personal Christian faith and the ability to share this dynamically and relevantly with children and young people. They will also be a self-starter who has the ability to lead, as well as to serve alongside our dedicated team of volunteers. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you.

Living Well Tonbridge Administrator

Hourly rate: £9.70, plus contributory pension (where applicable)

Hours: 10 hours per week as agreed with the Community Engagement Lead

We are currently seeking a part time Administrator to help our Community Engagement Lead with the launch and running of Living Well Tonbridge, our community outreach.

As part of the Living Well Tonbridge team, the Administrator will assist in all aspects of the set up, promotion and administration of the ministry and vision of Living Well Tonbridge.
