Assistant Church Administrator

Do you have excellent administrative skills, a high level of computer literacy and a ‘can-do’ attitude? If so, we would love to hear from you.

The main purpose of the role is to assist in providing administrative support within the St Stephen’s church office. In addition our Assistant Administrator will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the office when required, offering a warm welcome and support for both members of the public and those visiting from our church family.

In our Caretaker, we are looking for someone to help care for our buildings ensuring that they provide a safe and welcoming space, and preparing them so that they are ready to host our church activities.

Our ideal candidate will have had some experience of maintenance work, be capable of moving equipment around in order to set up for events and be willing to work with others.

This is a part time role, which requires some level of flexibility on timing. There is scope to agree the number of hours of work per week with our Premises Manager.
