Community Café Manager
9 hours per week, primarily Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9.30am to 1.30pm
Our café manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, creating a welcoming and positive environment for all café users and volunteers, reflecting the Christian ethos and mission of Living Well Tonbridge (LWT) and St Stephen’s Church. The role will involve leading, managing and supporting a team of volunteers including youth, children and vulnerable adults.
Tech Team Ministry Leader (voluntary)
Mainly for our 10.30am service, plus other ad-hoc services events
Our 10.30am service often has 200+ people in our building, plus a similar number joining online (either live or catching up later in the week). So our Tech Team play a really important role as they help to make all that happen, including operating our sound desk, our in-house screens, and our livestream. Craig currently oversees this, but (especially with Mark currently away) he would love to hand this over. More info below.
